JVA De-icing is strategically located on two rail Lines.  Our Location in duryea is located in Reading & Northern railroad company switch facility.  Our location in Conklin is located on the canadian pacific rail yard.  Each location has a certified scale and enough room to handle loading or unloading any bulk material.   we also are capable of loading and unloading rail cars at your site with our mobile division.
